Contact
Contact TakeHomeSend corrections, local context or general feedback to our public mailbox.
·Public email
Email earnkept@earnkept.com. You can report a factual error, broken link or unclear passage, or add useful payment context from your country or region.
·What to include
- The page URL or article title;
- the exact passage you believe is wrong;
- an official source or other public evidence we can check;
- whether you would like a reply.
For corrections, we check the source you give us first. If the page is wrong we fix it and note what changed in the update line at the bottom of that page; corrections that could change a reader's decision are also listed on the corrections page.
·Problems with an account or a payment: where to go first
This site only publishes guides. We cannot see or touch anyone's account. If money is frozen, missing or charged back, the platform or bank holding it is the one that can act, and the sooner you contact them the better:
- PayPal hold, limitation or negative balance: log in and open the Resolution Center from the PayPal Help Center. What evidence to prepare is covered in what to do when PayPal freezes funds.
- Wise payment missing, or Wise asking for documents: log in and contact support through the Wise Help Centre. Payoneer users submit a request from the help section inside their account. The checks to run yourself first are in troubleshooting delayed or bounced payments.
- A bank wire that hasn't arrived: ask the client for the transfer confirmation (MT103) and take it to your receiving bank so they can trace where the money is.
- A client chargeback: respond within the deadline the platform gives you; the evidence list is in preventing and appealing chargebacks.
- A client who is past the due date: follow the overdue invoice schedule step by step.
- You were scammed into sending money: screenshot the messages and transfer records, report it to your local police, then tell the platform or bank you paid through.
Anyone calling themselves "TakeHome support" and offering to unfreeze or recover your money is not us.
·Safety reminder
We never ask by email for passwords, codes, recovery phrases, private keys, KYC files, API keys or transfers. Do not send that information or accept account-operation requests from anyone claiming to represent this site.
